Cilantro burger with sri racha mayo

I just made these for dinner tonight and holy hell were they good. And super simple:

1 lb lean ground beef
3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp sri racha hot sauce
3 large hamburger buns

In a bowl combine beef, cilantro, salt, and pepper and mix. Form into three patties.

Grill 4 minutes each side or until cooked to your desire.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayo and sri racha and spread evenly over the inside of each bun, and assemble burgers!

I had mine with cheddar and it was f***ing awesome.

Sounds tasty and super easy to make. I'm always on the prowl for a good burger recipe. Good stuff here.

I think that the only caveat being is that cilantro and sri racha sauce are both pretty distinct flavors. I know a lot of people that don't like cilantro because it is so definitive. I like both of those flavors so I know it would work for me.

Might put this on the menu next weekend. All the grandkids 'love'
that hot sauce! Me - I would make 'one' without those two distinctive flavors (the 'hottest' I go is cayenne pepper)! But the rest of the family would be drooling over these burgers!
