This past weekend, I didn't dump her ass, but I did beat her ass! (Call me the devil, 'cause I don't care).

On Saturday, my momma was furious to discover her frozen BBQ ribs were taken without her permission. Not only that, my niece hid it in a closet and ate it uncooked and cold. She also hid several trash from the food she has stolen from stores. Open and empty bags in drawers with mouse droppings around it.

What set me off was the fact she told these petty lies on me. I sacrificed so much for this little b**** to have a roof over her f***ing head. So, after returning from work, I beat her with my bag while she laying her lazy-ass in bed.

I know I sound mean, but I'm not sorry.

My brother is welcome to yell at me, but I'll strike back with, "Maybe, if you were more of a father..."

So often you hear "I wish I could do this or this to set this kid straight." First and foremost, in a lot of situations, it's the PARENTS that need to be 'set straight' BEFORE you can do so with the child.

It's so easy to blame the kid, but a child is a blank slate that the parent(s) write upon.

You can get a child/teen into a multitude of programs to help them, but if their home environment is s***, and the parent(s) do not acknowledge their own problems and attitude, there is no hope for the child/teen.

Believe me, I blame my brother, too.
