Today's ruling by Italy's Supreme Court ordering a new murder trial for Amanda Knox guarantees the legal drama will drag on for several more years and will be expensive.
Amanda was convicted and sent to prison for four years. While sitting in prison her case was acquitted "ending her ordeal" she was released and sent home to Seattle. Then 18 months later the Italian courts ordered a new trial for her for the same offense of murder the same exact case.
Why is this so hard to see?
