Nasonex spray

I agree.

Unless an ENT Doctor has advised you to flush your nose out then its best left well alone, same as ears.

In my case I was.

I use nasonex spray now and then.
1) Certainly don't believe the use of that would ever cause
an infection, just glad you're going to the doctor.
2) Better to not use one medicine, or one form of medicine
(especially srays or aerator-type meds) for long periods of time.

Have chronic sinus problems myself, post nasal drip, tinnitus,
blocked eustacean tube. Every time it flares up, it gets a lil
worse, lasts a lil longer.

There are some extreme surgeries that can be done for some of these,
but from what I have researched - often the disadvantages of these
surgeries outweigh the advantages.

Pretty much, something you learn to live with, and take meds
for as needed for relief. If that's working, Great! If not,
see a doctor, may be something new out there that can help.
