Have you ever vacuumed up a large volume of powder? Vacuum cleaners, contrary to the indication of their name, are not airtight. Some air escapes. You might call it "exhaust". In that "exhaust" is any particle that is small enough to slip through the filter...things like flour, ash, baby powder...and they get expelled into the air only to settle as a fine dusting on every single thing in your house.

So then I guess you get to dust it with a dry cloth (because flour + water = glue) and basically repeat the process.

They could choke to death on flour! Especially with the way they have it strewn all around the room like that; and in the part of the clip where the kid is pouring it on his head.
