Lol, buncha squares over there.

Besides, talk radio belongs on AM radio.

In all seriousness, though, if there is no other station in such a big city that plays rock, which I find hard to believe, then I'm sure some station will switch over to it fast.

There are now only 2 classic rock stations and one alternative, whatever that bulls*** is.

I think this is happening all over the country as the cough*fag*cough Ryan Secreast slowly takes over the air waves.

My two favorite morning rock stations have been experience similar things. I hate clear channel with a passion now.

Rock always has slumps in like a 5 year cycle because big bands always seem to release new albums in groups for some reason. But these radio exec idiots have no idea that 2011 is going to be a huge year for rock, and they'll wish they didn't smoke so much BC bud during that hot tub party when they decided to kill Portland's only rock station. I'd understand if they changed to a different musical format like top 40 or some s*** (since the top rated station in Portland is a Clear Channel top 40). But news/talk??? There isn't even a news/talk station in the TOP 10!

Pretty much rock, minus the metal and country rock.

Kinda nice to see the former rock station sinking to the bottom half of the ratings after the switch.
