Basically yes. Usually in oyster sauce. I posted a picture of it somewhere up there ^^. I prefer the chicken variety myself.

Sounds interesting, I love broccoli. Not so sure about the oyster sauce though

Never even heard of it, so it must not be American.

Is it the opposite of a veggie burger?

@Leon Said

American Chinese sucks, btw. Authentic Chinese and Szechuan is so much tastier.

"Americanized" Chinese food is the best IMO! LOL And i normally do not like chain restaraunts but P.F. Chang's does it the best IMO. The green tea noodles are...... mouth watering.

I agree with the quote 100%

I've never had authentic Chinese food, but I'm aware that what we eat over here in "Chinese restaurants" isn't the same as what they eat in China. I didn't realize how much of it was different though.

One of the funniest things I ever saw was a montage of 'street interviews' where they show Chinese people (in China) fortune cookies. They have no clue what they are but Americans seem to think that they're from China.

You won't think that anymore once you have returned from southern China.

Oyster sauce sounds gross and...actually, it looks kind of gross too...but it tastes great. It's just a bit salty.

In looking for images of them, I see that there's a variety. I've never seen the brown kind before though, the kind I'm used to is white - which I can't find a picture of.
