Demented, it looks like you've come out of your political shell. Nothing does it quicker than taxes.

As an aide said when Clinton was running for president said, "It's the economy stupid!"

It appears to me it doesn't matter what bunch of Galahs we vote for and put into the Cage we call Parliament, they're all hell bend on destroying the country and the voters lives.
Here we go again, with Queen Galah Ms Gillard talking about introducing a Carbon Tax by another name and Fuel rising by 6.5 cents.

These bloody Drongo's have absolutely no idea.

I'd sure like to know what the Governments do with ALL THE MONEY they get. There needs to be a line by line accountability of expenditures.

Oh I have no doubts he's got something in mind for her but I would have to go to one of his shows to know for sure.

What else? like any government,it'll be wasted on something that's not worth the effort.
As you know we recently had the bad floods in Queensland,I've been saying for years, there should be Canals (for want of a word) that run from these ares, that channels the water into areas the are screaming for it.My son drove from Sydney to Adelaide last week,a drive of some 900 miles in your terms, because of all the rain we've had lately, place that are as dry as a piece of toast are now all lush and green.

Governments I'm afraid don't look at the long term benefits of anything, they see Dollar signs and see THEIR money being wasted, doesn't matter that they bled the tax payer for THEIR money.

I hear everyone is calling Julia, Ju Lier. And at the end of the day the people of australia didn't vote here in either, somehow with a few lies and dodgy deals so bought here way in there. where i live in the latrobe valley, where there a quiet a few power stations and a paper mill, and if it all goes full steam ahead, it will kill off the area down here. the papermill alone has 1000 full time workers, let alone all the other casuals that are employed from it, myself being one, my dad, many of my friends and their fathers also work in this type of industry. The greens also are harrassing about shutting down Hazelwood powerstation, i don't think they realise, if that place closes half the state won't have power, let alone when its hot/cold and everyone has there aircon or heater cranking. if it is closed, the coal will only get shipped off to china and burnt in the stations, which are much much worse regarding emmisions that here.

Your right with the we didn't vote her in,I think that what happen was wrong when she got in,we voted Kevin in and we should have had a say in whether he stayed in or not,I really don't see how they can get away with it.
There was another thread I started not long ago, were four big company's wanted the Government to introduce a tax on the family home, makes you wonder just who the f*** is running this country a prime minister we didn't vote for or the Corporate businesses that have become that big they feel they have the right to dictate to the government on what to do.Looks like the ultimate goal of the Libs and labour is to have a 100% unemployed country, from what your saying about the Paper Mill and power stations.

there's nothing wrong with cutting down a couple of trees, the problem lies with no-one replanting new ones
