Copy ..... Paste

You just have to know where the batch-file is, and where it is going. Locate it, copy it, then find the target location, and paste it. This requires a LAN-Adminstrator ID.

Usually, it is a batch-file that might be used to copy other files from a server to connected machines, like a network administered software update...

You could do the same thing, by putting the file(s) on a memory stick, then bringing the stick to the new location (machine) and copying them from the stick to the HD...

I googled it, and only net sending by creating a batch file. Which I know how to do. I want to send a batch file, not send someone a message.

That sounds like you want to create a little havoc within the network. Not a nice thing to be doing....

Wait... So... I am confused. Does this mean I need to put in the recieving comp's ip, then copy the file, then paste in cmd?

That does not sound like it would work.

No, I want to send a file that will help my freind. He sits across the room from me in typing class. He always is asking me to help him make batch files, or how to do something. I cant get up and show him, and net sending wont work, IDK why, but if I could just send him the file he wants he will shut up.
