My Sisters Email Keeps Getting Hacked by Spammers

The jist is this. My sisters email got hacked and it kept sending emails with links to sites, and ads, to all her friends list. She changed her email account and everything seemed fine.
She noticed last week, whether or not it's connected I have no idea, that she had viruses popping up on her security scan.
So she brought in her computer and got it removed. That's done.
But back to her email. Her new account just did the same thing. Spammed her friends list via email, some viagara link being sold by an online pharmacy!

Anyone know what she should do?

Keylogger?

She is liable to have to do a whole system reload.

Did she create the new email account before or after having the viruses removed from her system? They could have gotten her email login info before she had the virus removed, and then used it from that point on, regardless if she got the virus removed or not. Did she have the computer checked for keyloggers?

Roxy, tell you sister that the little blue pill is not going to help her. She'd do a lot better if she were to invest in some interior decorating ideas, like you have been doing!
