It's weird

Isn't it weird how a series of seemingly unrelated events can lead to something massive? I'm supposed to look up explosions and explosives and we watched a video of this in class today so I did some googling. Kind of weird that no-one would realise that perchlorate + polyethylene = bad. Also weird that this kind of thing happens so often. Not just explosions and stuff but accidents and stuff caused by totally unrelated events
