Red Dwarf - u probs wouldn't have seen it actually, its a British TV programme where basically a few people r stuck in space after the crew was killed in a radiation leak... there are a few people in the show and they spend their tiome trying to get back to earth but have "adventures" on the way (i put adventures in quoutes because its not a kids cartoon its a comedy programme aimed at adults - its hilarious at times)

this particular episode they transport to earth in 1965 with their time machine (they cant use it to get back permenantly because it would disrupt the space-time thingy) and they accidentally push the gunman out of the library window... they then go forward in time a few years and find that the world is a devastating mess because of loads of stuff...cant remember y, but people have fled america in terror of a nuclear war. then they spend the rest of the episode trying to kill kennedy and in the end they get the future kennedy to stand on the grassy knoll and shoot himself "only by killing yourself can u become a great hero, otherwise ur going to be forgotten" and the episode ends with the phrase "the conspiracy nuts will be trying to explain this one away for years!" (or words to that effect!)

oh ok now that sounds like one screwed up show but i think i would like it

it's funny because the crew of this spaceship aren't people who've had any real experience, there's no captain or anything amoung them.

there's a guy called lister (the only human left alive) who survived the leak because he was frozen at the time as a punishment for sumin he'd done. he loves curry and he's generally an unheathy mass of human flesh. there's rimmer - a hologram, was killed in the leak but was brought back as a hologram by holly - the ship's computer because he was lister's closest "friend" (actually they hate each other!). there's cat a decendant of a black cat who was on the ship when the leak occured, through the millions of years it took for the radiation to clear the cats evolved into a human like form. and finally kryten a mechanoid lister saved from an exploding ship and who serves the crew as a robot.

its not as confusing as it seems! i really reccommend having a look-see at a few episodes coz some of them r really funny, others r funny and some r hilarious!!!

UFOs are a conspiracy theory themselves. If any intelligent life ever existed on other worlds this is the last place they would want to come.
There is no intelligent life on this planet.Why would intelligent life want to come to earth and trade knowledge back and forth. Earth is a hell-hole.
The government is just trying to brainwash people to think that intelligent life would actually want to come and visit which is the conspiracy for popular votes
