my suggestions exactly,if your able to stay the night before do that and leave him when he has gone to sleep,a gift from the heart is the best when some one wont be with you long,it will be a day he will rember and love,this will be the most prtecious fathers day for both of you so make it that

It doesn't matter what you give him: when he dies, his memory will be forgotten. I noticed you mentioned God. The God of the Bible does not condone pagan festivals, such as, Fathers Day. How did he get lung cancer anyway? By smoking? If that's the case then he got what was coming to him. Despite saying that, I feel your pain and have sympathy for you.

When you love someone who passes their memory is never forgotten. This post is just nasty - which makes your views on the Bible pretty pointless.

u know if u have any photos or pictures of you and him together and u can take them all down to kinkos and have them burn it onto a dvd and then u can watch it together and remember all the fun times u had together and then after he passes away u can take it and put up somewhere in a safe place and when u get sad or lonely u can watch it remember him.
