Get vaccinated folks.

It’s okay.

Nobody’s trying to indoctrinate you. Nobody’s trying to take away all your freedoms. No chip is being implanted in you. Heck, you can still be a Republican. It’s allowed.

We are just helping you protect yourself against a deadly disease.

That is all. Period.

So stop killing yourselves and do yourselves a favor for a change rather than inundate yourself to this idiot . Listen to your doctor instead.

It seems daily there is a news piece about a former anti-vaxer changing their tune after losing a child or spouse.
I get the feeling few of those stories make it into the Social Media circus.

Social media has become just as evil as religion, it seems. Not in itself, of course, just the way it has been abused.

I quit the former 5 years ago, the latter some 25 years ago.

Looking around me, it seems being the sensible one has sadly become novelty.

This is just another argument against single-payer healthcare.

As long as there isn't involuntary compulsion for medicine, there is nothing to lose when someone chooses to remain unvaccinated.

The nanny state is unbearable. The nanny state makes whatever something what was once good into something loathsome.

Doesn't matter if it's education, or sex or marriage or the justice system or now medicine.

Whenever the bureaucrats wrap their trestricals around a thing, it's the beginning of the end.

Who cares really if some perfect stranger around the globe decides to weigh the risks and live without medicine?

Oh well! No skin off your nose! Worst case we compel their families to dispose of the body. Let the dead bury the dead. Open burn pits still exist and they're not expensive.

Ya'll remember the good ole days when my "for adult" cartoons included promoting cigarettes?

Winston tastes good like a cigarette should!

AND, hands off my religion!!!

Your logic isn't working.

Whether or not someone is compelled to take a vaccine is unrelated to the health impacts that are caused by people not taking a vaccine.

Example:

If you choose to not take a vaccine, you can more easily get infected and transmitted said infection to a child who is too young to get said vaccine. This could (depending on the disease) result in the child dying. Ultimately it would mean, in this example, that by way of your negligence you killed a child. There might be an argument that this is a type of Negligent homicide. Regardless of that, the death of a fellow human being would be on your shoulders.

Conversely if you had taken said vaccine (either by choice or by compulsion), said child would be less likely to contract said disease, and therefore less likely to die.

In addition, if the child did contract said disease and die from it, it would not be as a result of your negligence. You (if you learned about it) might feel bad, but morally speaking the death would not be on your shoulders.

etc.

And it’s not just the children of course. Adults are more likely to get infected - unvaccinated adults AND vaccinated adults - the more the disease is allowed to be carried around and spread. Furthermore, mutations occur more readily and widely, the more it is allowed to be carried around and spread, and these mutations are already proving to be even more deadlier than anything that came out of China, with more to surely come.

Sometimes it is better to take one for the team instead of being so damn selfish.

It's mask-holes that got us into this.
It's vax-holes that are prolonging this.

My bet is they are mostly one and the same.

And selfish for what?

I mean, I can at least get it (even if I cannot condone it) if people are selfish for real, tangible reasons - like money, wealth, long life, power, and so on.

But refusing vaccinations don’t give you any of those things. Or, I can get it if people are selfish out of genuine fear of bad things happening to them, or their family, such as health, loss of life, loss of shelter, inability to pay for food, etc. But, again, getting vaccinated doesn’t do any of this either. If anything, bad things WILL happen to you or the health of others if you don’t get vaccinated.

So freedom for what, exactly? So you can .... hate people on the other side?

Or maybe you truly believe that God doesn’t want people to wear masks or get the vaccine, like the pastor in the OP?

Speaking of which, nowhere in the Bible does it mention anything about so-called individual liberties or freedoms. A look throughout the New Testament will only reveal Jesus constantly talking about self-sacrifice, denying oneself, and demonstrating compassion towards others.

In fact, the only thing anyone in there ever talks about how to act towards the government is when one posthumous disciple says to obey it. Period.

I don’t think Evangelicals know what’s in their book anymore.

The whole thing is utterly unbelievable, retarded, and insane.

Actually I am with the anti-vaxxers and the anti-maskers....

I mean don't get me started on things like cars with breaks, seatbelts, airbags...

Clean water... clean air... I mean no pollution!

Keeping poisonous chemicals out of our food!

Keeping lead out of our paint!

Chemicals in cigarettes that help addict you to smoking....

The Constitution protects my right to be a stupid moron and endanger anyone near me... IT'S MY LIFE

Threat to freedoms? When the Jews get round up and gassed, then it’s a problem. When blacks get segregated, mobbed, and lynched, then it’s a problem.

THIS is NOT a problem. Not even close.

Growing up with such a supersized sense of entitlement is the only problem here.

Has it occurred to anyone the people who would be trying to get people to not get vaccinated might be the same ones behind cooking up the virus in the first place? Has it occurred to any right wingers that they are the ones who are dying? Is anyone suspicious of the CDC and Fauci saying a booster, recommended by Pfizer researchers, is unnecessary?

So Trump created the virus and then told his congregation not to take the vax so they would die?

That's like dealers selling lethal dope to his clientele.
