On the topic though, I can't see where the GOP is going to go from this.

Not that I'm saying the DNC is perfect, it's got to make changes, I just have a general idea what direction those will go in.

Like I don't even know who are the real leaders of the party anymore, or the upcoming leaders pushing the directions.

To be fair, in regards to the “who”, it’s usually ambiguous for the losing party after every election. But the stances on issues and platform usually aren’t as ambiguous as it is now.

it didn't help that they didn't bother to write a platform for 2020.

Wasn’t aware of this, but if so, wow. I mean I knew it was all about Trump, but not to this extent.

He goes down, the ship goes down.

I think basically the whole "let's find the election rigging" thing is a trip. The only election rigging that could have happened would have been in 2016 when Trump lost the popular vote by 3 million. They blamed the Russians and Facebook. The only thing is if there was a concerted effort to help Trump win with online propaganda it was not successful. He still lost the popular vote. Then it was the electoral college, they said. So now there is talk of ridding the country of it. Might not be a bad idea.

The right wing hype about election fraud will successfully serve one purpose and one purpose only; anyone who claims election fraud in the future will look like a jackass. I'm pretty sure that is the point.

To be fair, Mitch 'the turtle" McConnell stands for Moscow (and the Reptilians from either the center of the earth or outer space).

Money. But then again, that's what both parties stand for.

one reason, without mitch, bozo couldn't keep in the republicans in line. mitch protecting the republican party from bozo. the republican congress bailed out on last month on bozo. give credit, not much to mitch, who show a stronger leadership to the republican congress.

which is the opposite with democrat congress in the last four years. nancy doing and take on all the responsible for the democrats. democrats are more embarrassment to average democrats in the last four years.

you can't blame nancy wants to quit this year.

McConnell is a Neo Con. Trump has served his purpose and now Mitch's faction can take control of the party again and continue on with their agenda.

I am not sure where the GOP will go from here. Even among their ranks, people are speaking out and going a different direction than people like Cruz, Jordan, McConnell, and Hawley are going. What we are seeing is rats on a sinking ship, trying to save their asses by still not coming out against Trump and his base.

But it is refreshing to see some GOP Senators and Congressmen having the courage and love of America to enable them to stand up and put country over party. I hope they are remembered when election time comes, and I also hope people remember the traitors, like Cruz and the rest of these snakes.
