Are others totally reassured with what appears to be the on-coming mass vacination programme?

Personally I am uneasy considering the speed with which the various vaccines are coming through the system. Maybe I suspect the underlying profit motive to be first and thus make the biggest bucks.

Again, given that the yearly flu jabs are developed each year for different strains, the question is does Covid "mutate" in any way? How long does immunity last, and after that time period will the recipient perhaps be more susceptible to a more virulent form?

Has this all been tested? Do we trust the "experts"?

I am not assume how any each vaccine's strain last in your body. I read that you have several times in your life, varies with each vaccine.

I am planning get one of the vaccines, just another shot for me.

There will be plenty of others getting the vaccines before I get a chance. So the proof will be in the pudding.

But I do trust them. Unless everyone has to sign some kind of waiver that we can never take action against big pharma, or if legislation is passed protecting them .. then it would make me wonder.

I trust that it came to market so quickly because of prioritization, and not cutting corners on safety. What company wants to be blatantly responsible for hundreds of thousands, or maybe millions of crippling or lethal side-effects?

I read somewhere awhile back that they were able to identify like 5 or 6 different strains, which helps them track the spread at a macro-level. But I didn't get the impression it was a mutation that was significant with regards to vaccinations.

The different flu shots from year to year are based on predicting which strain or strains will be predominate in the coming season. Not so much that it mutates from year to year.
