@bob_the_fisherman Said

Trump shut down travel from mainland China like we did, but allowed American citizens in, like we did. People also flew in from places like HK and I am pretty sure we also allowed that for a longer time frame before, like Trump, shutting down travel from more places.

Shutting down major global economies is a big decision to make. The ramifications of it are potentially huge (the UN have said up to 265,000,000 more people face critical food shortages from the decision to lock down). Smaller nations like Australia could actually benefit from a competent government and a shut down of all foreign travel and trade without doing significant harm to the global economy. That is not true of the USA, Europe, India, China etc. We have more than enough resources to feed ourselves and enough raw minerals to build things, and are small enough we would hardly be noticed if we stopped trading.

Nope not exactly.

The ban in the us did no work that way. That way would have made sense and people would not have been all pissed off.

Seriously dude, I don’t like trump, but he had ample opportunities to not f*** up... fact is he couldn’t help himself. I’d much rather give him the victory of handling this well than having 225,000 dead Americans, and never clearing the first wave.

I got like a dozen emails from trump last night. Like an ex begging to come back.

Sad.

I accepted Trump as my lord god and savior last night.

It has given me a new lease on life.

I'm so giddy with excitement I've already pissed my pants four times!

And to think, just a few days ago (or a week or so) Trump said he was recovered from COVID-19 and now has immunity (probably from the disease and the law) and that he wants to kiss everyone.... even me.

No god has ever said he wanted to kiss us!

He's the best god ever... or at least since Abraham Lincoln.

I wonder barret does confirm, would the numbers change for the republicans.

the republicans already know that amy is sure thing, should the polls higher for them.

would be hilarious, if the supreme court turn down amy!
