To Whom It May Concern - Part 2:
Yes. I finished reading all 131 pages of the
USA Patriot Act
After I read it, I didn't trust myself so I did numerous word searches.
While reading it and doing the word searches, I was intent on finding anything that could be construed (even remotely) as a mechanism to take control of the U.S. government by anyone (either overly of covertly like a "ghost government).
I found numerous things relating to the following topics:
Enhancing domestic security against terrorism
Enhanced surveillance procedures
Anti-money-laundering to prevent terrorism
Border security
Removing obstacles to investigating terrorism
Victims and families of victims of terrorism
Increased information sharing for critical infrastructure protection
Terrorism criminal law Improved intelligence
Miscellaneous
HOWEVER there were
NO mechanisms nor provisions nor any other (
choose your own word here) that in any way support the idea that some "ghost government" could take over the USA.
Don't get me wrong. A lot if it is bulls*** and could easily be viewed as "ant-partiotic". Some of it seems (clearly to me) to tread on our Constitutional rights.
None the less, it does
NOT have any overt or covert (i.e. hidden) provisions or mechanisms for anyone to set up a "ghost government" to take over the USA.
As a side note: As long as our armed forces remain apolitical and defend our Constitution, "we" have no fear of coup d'etat nor "ghost governments". As long as our Congress defends our Constitution, "we" have no fear of authoritarian rule.
Thank you for your time....
Now... back to the topic of Biden: Apparently Biden has indicated to his team that he will only, if he wins, sit for one term. Makes sense to me... he is getting a bit "long in the tooth".
