Is this based on theory that there is no such thing as 'further than' and everything is all in the same exact Cartesian coordinate?

Or similar to starships taking short cuts by folding space so that start and finish points are held together?

If I am successfully playing Call of Duty with you, at quantum speed, does this mean that you're sitting on my head more-so than 12.5 km away?

I'm not aware of any theories explaining Entanglement other than "Freaking Weird" or as Einstein put it "Spooky action at a distance"

But with Entanglement, I could theoretically "Entangle" the pin on your grenade, and pull it.
But I'd have to un-entangle else my side of the pin will experience the explosion too - and possibly rip through my gut.

Then this would be an overlapping of personal dimensions sharing the same world; hacking more or less

But not in the manner where I hid my soldier while accessing your computer from a shell and messing with your game
This would be forcing my game to overlap on top of yours so all of our actions are shared with each other.

Sort of like letting you sign me into your bank by having my browser over top of yours when you go to sign in and wondering after why the sign in didn't take.

Quantum mechanics is weird. Entanglement is weird. But a benefit of entanglement could be, if two particles are entangled and used to communicate the transmission would be instantaneous over any distance. Right now instead of a message traveling from earth to the Mars satellite in a few days for instance. The speed of calculations in a quantum computer could be accelerated and when you sell your 4.7ghz chip you'd only get a couple of dollars for it.

The theory explaining entanglement, and all subatomic particle behavior, comes from mind experiments. These guys have been doing math and attempting to model the subatomic world. The particle accelerator is the best thing since sliced cheese because they have been able to prove some of these theories correct.
Think of it like this. The invention of the electron microscope allows us to take pictures of atoms. This is because electrons are so much smaller than nuclei. We can bounce electrons off them using the "reflection" to make an image. We had to hypothesize the existence of atoms and electrons to make this invention. If the scientists had been wrong the thing wouldn't have worked. Up until that time we didn't really have proof they were right.

Don't all experiments and theories start in the mind?

We would hope so. :D
