The Demo Dumbells are are delusional mess, but I say IMPEACH! Let them go ahead and do it, because the other half of that equation is the Senate trial.

McConnel won't even bring it up for a vote, he will summarily dismiss the charges. It amazes me, that the Average American does not comprehend the Senate trial part. Where it can be throttled to death, while aborning.

I think that the Democrat Party is the home of the rejects and the retarded of America.

Pay attention. From the 19th:
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said on Tuesday that he hopes the Senate is able to finish a likely impeachment trial after "not too lengthy a process."

McConnell's comments come after he's been tight-lipped on the details of a Trump impeachment trial, except to say he expects there to be one.

And yes, I am surprised at how many wing-nuts think a successful impeachment will place HILLARY in the oval office.

Michelle should run, and then pick HILLARY as her running mate!

Wouldn't that put the wing-nuts in a tizzy!

wouldn't waste my time go to poll with michelle or harris. especially with harris, make proposing a idea like keep all schools open to 6:00pm. I see lot of mothers supporting that let kids coming home from school in the dark. as for as michelle. she never has impress me to vote her as a president.

While technically the Senate does not have to conduct an impeachment trial, that is the one thing that would likely turn many Americans against both Trump & the Republican Senate.

Realistically the Senate has to at least pretend like they are taking this seriously.

In addition, the Senate and the White House have already started discussing the trial procedures.

So...
1. The H.R. most likely will impeach Trump.
2. The Senate will hold an impeachment trial.
3. The Senate will not remove Trump.
4. The Senate will take the opportunity of a Senate trial to try to make the Democrats look like fools... or at least attempt to do that.

5. And most importantly, none of this will change anyone's minds. The people who don't like Trump will continue to not like him. The people who do like Trump will continue to like him. The people in the middle will vote a pocketbook election... and thus Trump will most likely be re-elected.

I think that the House will issue and Impeachment document and send it to the Senate. That is where it will be mauled to death: either Senator McConnel will summarily dismiss, or a pro forma trial will be held.

I think that it will be done in a perfunctory way, and with little real interest from the Republicans. As soon as a vote can be made, the articles of impeachment will be voted down.

@darkman666 Said

let said that the democrats and congress has enough proof that convict bozo and the impeachment was enough to finally get bozo out of the white house.

this would a desperate part on bozo, can bozo actually surrender the post of presidency, before the final verdict came to in impeach him. bozo actually hand the duties of the presidency to pence?

Bozo will be re-elected, and since both of us are being presumptive, only time will tell.

What did I say? I did not stutter, and I stand by my prediction. The House is making an idiotic mistake, which will weaken it for 50 years.

And President Trump will walk away laughing, and spend another term in The Oval Office. I do not need to read myself comatose to know that---t is instinctual.

Let us talk again in 2 or 3 years, shall we? By then, it will be a fait accompli.

Mike Adams | Natural News - NOVEMBER 3, 2019

A coordinated, deep state attempt to remove Trump from office at any cost is now gaining steam. With the collusion of the deep state media, CIA operatives and anti-Trump tech giants that censor all truth, the deep state is hoping to crush democracy, destroy Trump and install Hillary Clinton as President of the United States in just the next few months.

here .

What about you? What will happen to you if President Trump remains in office, after the Senate trial. Are you going be OK? Or will you need treatment in a rubber room?

Republican Senators have already indicated that they are going to do a "pro forma trial", thus it is highly unlikely that McConnel will "summarily dismiss" the matter.

Actually there is a great deal of interest from the Republicans. At this point they seem to view this as an opportunity to use the process as publicity for Trump.

That will result in the U.S. military being ordered to defend President Pelosi against a million armed Americans who are determined to oppose the illegal coup and defend the real president — that’s Trump — from the lawless deep state that fabricated everything to illegally remove him from power.

The net effect of all this will be a civil war inside the military itself that spills out onto the streets of America.

That's what I'm trying to figure out what MrX is getting at.

Mitch had already said he hoped for a speedy trial.
Then MrX say "summarily dismiss"

So can you have a trial and then dismiss the charges?

... He asks Sandrock - about "after the senate trial" ...?

OK, sure, I am leaving my post alone and I am not retracting anything. And let it be known, that you heard it here first, summary dismissal.

So there will be a trial, no vote and then dismissal - is that what you are saying?

I remember President Clinton's Senate Trial, which ended in acquittal.

Quote:
On February 12, 1999, the five-week impeachment trial of Bill Clinton comes to an end, with the Senate voting to acquit the president on both articles of impeachment: perjury and obstruction of justice.

https://www.history.com/this-day-in-history/president-clinton-acquitted

All through the trail, there were Senators who scorned the proceedings, and could not wait to render a verdict. I could tell which way they were going to vote, from the start, anyone could. And they predictably voted for acquittal.
There were actual instances if President Clinton, committing perjury, and he still walked.

In the case of President Trump, there is not any evidence of any crime. So when Senate gets the articles, Senator McConnell can simply declare that there is no evidence. If he does, there won't be a trial. It will die right there. And that is what I mean by summary dismissal.

Ok, sure, I was not asking you to remove your post (which you can't do here on TFS unless you request that from a moderator).

In addition, I was not asking you to "retract" anything.

And let it be known, that as is noted in my Signature:
