Chaos, and a maelstrom of atomic explosions resulting in the evinitable destruction of the homo sapien race is where am currently at. Well, as i'm sitting here appetizing my final rations there is various "solutions" an oxymoron itself since their all inapt. There is currently time, but my sanity has lost grip on any relative dates, meaning the outside is essentially a vast mystery of me. I feel like death and a slow suffering is certain with the radiation and probably elimination of almost the entire bio-sphere. Yet, I refuse to not see the mystique of humanity's stochastic terrorism and its effect on society, well its material remains. It's funny, but since death is inherent then why not explore the possible remaining infrastructure that exist, including something special, considering its effective.

Surprise, I haven't offed myself yet, and there is actually nothing at all. I've lost all mean of direction, and the initial blast sedated most of my memories, f*** I must of been close from what I know. There's a dead corpse, well skeleton now from within this complex and I decided to take it clothes and make it into a makeshift raft. Its the best I can do for storage. It may be a fun addition to mention its Subway clothing, just wish they brought a LA105 Series Lawnmower, oh well. I decided to strap the abomination of knotted clothing to myself, and hope this thing doesn't tear in a hour carrying my food. Unlike fiction, I wasn't gifted with a backpack or any commodities other than a s*** ton of food, as I guess this was a storage area for subway, the company which you can pick meatballs with a pretzel, hah!

Heat stroke, should I mention that because there's illusion everywhere and its like the atmosphere was at a catatonic state, just constantly burning. Well, I went back inside after a impressive run of 4 minutes, what now? I swear, I can hear at least 10 vans constantly honking there horns, it's not funny because you're a f***ing died ice cream man that ran a van, sad.

Uh, just ignore that last sentence but I now feel that barely existent instinct to survive has totally vanaged, and I swear I was drinking water from breathing, didn't know nuclear warheads also completely destroys physics, odd. I wonder if the splitting of atoms could be the possible cause of additions to entire new universes, eh who knows? I'm not going to worship a atomic bomb for its creative purposes, as it already destroyed anything I knew. Hey, was this a subway area? Uh, if only I had some f***ing light I could possibly know.

Welp, death is near. Lesson of the story is don't light a clothing rag for light. My story has come to a end and the fire is slowly encroaching. Yet, I have learned a lot, and I saw the world outside for all it's s***ty color pallet. I, however at least have faced the destruction which almost no one can respond to so, happy?

Accidental suicide, trust me if you know what I saw you would understand, I wish I had the luxury of time to do so.

The narrator describes a world after some kind of disaster, nuclear explosion, volcano eruption, Tunguska on steroids, etc, has drastically changed the environment.

When I took a creative writing class, the professor told us to write every day and keep a journal.

Seems to me you have a good first draft or journal entry.

I wonder if the topic might be a little late. Like maybe it belongs more in the 1950's. However the topic reminds men of The Road a 2006 bestselling novel by Cormac McCarthy, so the subject has a market. And ... McCarthy's novel became a movie, I'm surprised to learn.

it does remind me, " the catcher in the rye " in sense. or someone who realizing something about his life. since, you are not a professional writer. it is good to read, maybe you went overboard, because I've got kind lost at the beginning. it still interesting to read. it seem like there is a hero in the story, the person is trying to beat death or something, I am not complete sure. it is weird enough to keep the reader from not leave to till read the finish.

Yes, I would compare it to Catcher in the Rye, or Heart of Darkness by Conrad, or The Birds by du Maurier.

and postings 4 and 5?
