Do without the porn, yes. But you have to relieve yourself at some point or you’ll go crazy. And likely fail and frustrate yourself (4 days is nothing - come back here after 2-3 weeks and let’s see if you’re still on your streak). Plus it’s not good biologically. Studies have shown that going for months without ejaculation leads to higher likelihood of impotence and prostate cancer. Libido is at the highest if relieving yourself at least once a week, so just do that. Without the porn.

I wonder how common this is with millennials and gen z kids, with porn so readily available and accessible everywhere. It certainly isn’t like it was for us older generations where you had to go through a lot more hoops just to gain access, especially if underage.

Too much porn has shown to affect expectations of real sex in a negative way. I wonder if this is the leading cause behind studies showing how younger generations are having less sex, pregnancies, and marriage, rather that the hypothesized wisdom.

I think it affects them both generations greatly. There’s some members who have it way worse than I do. One guy got upset because 2 of us were speaking about we are unaffected by women when we are working out as it more of a motivation. We even discussed some things in our past and demonstrated control over our urges. Buddy got pissed at us and try to make it seem like we are ruining people’s progress.
