Ok.
Time for Chaski to be a
jackass... again.
So, the other day I was talking to someone... generally speaking the topic was
life.
This persons says some stuff (over all nothing wrong with it, I agreed with some of it)... then the person ends with
it's a journey... it's all a journey.
No... it is not "all" a journey.
A journey is >>> I got on a plane and flew to somewhere else... or >>> I put on my hiking boots and started trekking for
Xmiles from
here to there... or I changed my life by studying/learning/training into some "new" career field... or maybe joining the military, going through basic training, starting out as a immature nitwit and learning how to be a valuable part of a team... or maybe doing some charity work that gives you new experiences... etc
Sitting on your a** and living your life is
not a journey.
Sitting on your a** and pondering the meaning of life is
not a journey.
It is sitting on your a** going nowhere.
OK... rant over... feel free to disagree... I'm probably wrong.
