On other occasion, however, you have written, "the FBI used the dossier in a FISA court before the election." Not the "incomplete dossier" but "the dossier".

On other occasion, "The Steele Dossier that the FBI and Clinton campaign paid Steele for was used before the election..." Again, not "the incomplete dossier" but "The Steele Dossier".

And, you also wrote that I (Chaski) had said that "the FBI did not get the Steele Dossier until after the election"...
