The Cowboy Samurai in Kill Bill is in dire financial straights - already on the verge of becoming a desperado hence why he proactively accepted contract on his former co-assassin and her sword
Cowboy's employer rides his a** into the ground with no compassion whatsoever just exercising his ego before his wench and getting his rocks off knowing he has the upper hand.
This kinda stuff serves up a lust for vengeance behind a man's eyes which could lead to him going gun-ho on a crowd of people whom don't know what he's on about.
What i meant by 'Live and let die' is I find I am often the only kid in the front of the class raising hands to answer questions like 'Why do shooters go all shooty?'
This past year, instead of pounding out socio-political advice to a world who, quite frankly, does not give a s*** as long as they have theirs - I've decided to lay low, get what I can get and be satisfied that I have mine while many others go without..and this is working better for me.
I remember an old smug meme on Myspace that read:
"Here at Myspace we know you have problems and are border-line suicidal; we could help but we're not going to."
in live and let live - one of the better scenes - the brilliant death march parade - the fed is standing on the street not knowing what going to happen to him. the parade is going by him with a coffin over their heads, and the people are walking silent down the street. all sudden, another man near the fed kill him. then all sudden, the parade cheering and enjoy. it was a great scene for a bond movie.
in the 70's, it is normal in the movies back then, like " dirty harry " and " deathwish " have shoot out to sell the movie. no reason just make money.
in kill bull 2, was tool ong of a movie, david carradine 's bill, I want to kill him at the end of the movie, the guy and explanation of the why was incredible boring, and who really give s***??
both movies, was try bring back the old b movies kung fu, ( that they did a good job.) and bring back david. both movies together close 6 hours long. not of a good storyline, in general.
violent sell to men. period!
