...crystallized ginger. I made that mistake today and for the first time I feel the burn all the way down into my gut.

Whoever thought this was something to add to the dried fruits market needs to get out of the food industry.

Heh...

Being between Asia and North America, Hawaii and other Polynesian Islands have created their own blends of different cuisine styles. Let's just say that some of them really push the limits of 'traditionally acceptable things to eat'. All the same, my condolences to your stomach, throat, and nostrils.

No

No

No

Why say this Leon? Why??

I keep a plastic container of candied ginger in the cabinet and sometimes toss a nugget in my hot tea. It’s legit.

Ginger settles the stomach.

So I was sitting in the store contemplating a bag a Christianized ginger.

I #walkedaway because of you. I got chocolate instead.

I still think about the ginger though.

Is it Christianized after harvest? - Like a Catholic priest blessing it before shipping?

Or is it from a long line of Christian heritage ginger, grown in Christian dirt, and harvested and packed with Christian-Only equipment?
