Greetings young and old , friends and others.

So the question is are you on board the Sanders train?

Healthcare, free college, taxing the rich, eliminating carbon fuels, and open boarders (how close is this? No research will be done)

So Trump needs to mess up really bad to be a one term guy or

Get outshined like the way Clinton did .

Not on board with Bernie.

He isn't a Democrat... though he'll run under the Democrat ticket, which I think is wrong (I'd feel the same way about a non-republican registering as a Republican only long enough to run for office as a Republican).

Sanders will divide the Democrat/Liberal vote which is good for any Republican, but especially good for Trump.

If I was a 21st Century Republican or Trump, I would be very happy right now.

Actually I'd like to see Sen. Tammy Duckworth run... she's a good politician and a bad-ass decorated war veteran and has more testicles than Trump will ever have.... I'd love to see Duckworth and Cadet Bone Spurs in a debate.... but that's off topic.

Can't say I'm on board, but it's a bold strategy for Bernie. Let's see how it plays out.

Though there is enough money in the US to accomplish much of this for the short term, it isn't sustainable. And it'd be hell to pry the money out of the fingers of the 1%.
Remember, just give enough to keep the peasants happy so won't revolt.

I think that it's good to get a lot of different views into the arena and hope that people listen to more than just one candidate.

Someone calls for "Healthcare for All"!!! ... Warren says, "Well, all children until school age..."

"Free College" - Klobichar says "not 4 year college, but maybe some post secondary education."
(paraphrasing both, but you get the idea)

I’m not exactly happy about this news either.

Bring it. The more candidates and dialogue the better. It shouldn’t be of any surprise though that Sanders threw his hat in.

Everything will coalesce around a single candidate by summer 2020, and 500 million will be pumped into that person’s campaign thanks to a promise by Bloomberg.

For perspective, the money spent on Trump’s campaign by Trump was 200 million.

By the way, I’m changing my prediction from Biden to Beto if he runs.

I’d really like to see Beto run.

I like Biden too. I don’t really have anything against sanders. He’s not a democrat though. That does still bother me.
I do have some issues with some of the Bernie bros so not looking forward to debate on the internet.

I’m glad Bernie did what he did, even if it meant getting Hillary defeated, as it brought a lot of stuff into mainstream dialogue in the Democratic Party, and thus on the future legislative agenda, that would have otherwise gotten a lot slower in getting there. The political reaction to Trump and his GOP ass-kissers have helped with this regard as well. It may be painful in the short term but will pay off in the long run.

I probably vote Bernie or warren not going to vote for candidate, because of their color of skin or endorse by orphy. why I didn't vote 2012 with Obama, he was more less asst. senate, really didn't express me at all.

if democrats choice a black candidate for democrat nomination. it really depends blacks if they vote for the person next year. in 2016, this fact, that between 25 to 39 percent of blacks didn't vote.

I don’t think that mobilizing voters will be as much of a problem this time around, especially after we saw the record turnout in the recent midterms. It will probably be a white male this time around, with Biden in the lead, and my prediction of Beto if he decides to run, with Sanders following. Warren, Kamala, and Booker are also big names, but they won’t get the votes of those other three, in my opinion.

Regardless of who it is, I think we will see a mutually agreed upon platform that will be more or less the same, with the difference only found in smaller details. So it technically isn’t so much who it is that is running as it will be the agenda that is running, but the face of the messenger will be important in convincing those in the middle. That’s why I predict Beto, as many seem to like him and his personable charisma.

since we both live st. louis, it vary with blacks either, both county and city, dealing with a white candidate in any office. with black matter, in some ways, not enough politically, to ensure any black or white candidate use it their agenda to win. any candidate have right attitude to sway his or her followers, when he or she is elect can, they can deliver?

I don't like either of them.

Warren has, IMO, made too many mistakes relative to this being a Native American thing. I don't think she has ever been fully honest about it, which is stupid.

Bernie is not a Democrat and never has been. I think it is dishonest of him to run as a democrat, and stupid of the Democratic party to select him.

If Bernie gets selected as the Democratic Party's candidate, I'm not sure what I will do.

Sadly Trump will most likely be the Republican candidate.... I guess I could hope and pray for the Special Council investigation to force Trump out and maybe a centrist Republican candidate might surface... but that is doubtful.

I voted for him in the primaries. Didn't bother writing him in for the GE because Hillary pressured him into dropping out, wouldn't have been valid anyway from what I heard.

That being said, I would totally enjoy having a hardcore liberal as POTUS to an extent, though there are some things he said I don't agree with, he would be a significant improvement to the incumbent.

it is probably unheard the president of the usa's party will not re-elect. by august of 2020 republican convention, they are going write mike pene in, not vote for bozo again.

as for candidates, right now, I am not that really impress by anyone to vote for, if the election happen tomorrow. i'm not sure I would vote. in my lifetime, I only believe actually were great presidents were kenndy and Clinton.
