Since we are on the subject of music a lot in here...
I used to play the piano when I was a kid. But I wasn’t into that kind of music then, so I lost interest. But now I often turn on the Simply Piano Apple Music radio station and have it playing throughout the day in our house. It’s very nice background music and sometimes even moving. It has given me the resolve to pick up playing myself again someday, probably one of my retirement pursuits lol. My mother still has the grand piano in her home that I played as a kid, passed down from my grandparents.
I’m also heavily into EDM, namely trance, and have dabbled in music creation programs that cater to this type of music, creating some highly danceable tunes. It’s fun.
Always into Louis Armstrong and pretty much have every recording of him on major labels bought off iTunes and neatly arranged into a couple of playlists.
And of course, I never get tired of listening to punk, which is basically what I grew up on as a teenager. I was lucky enough to live in a city where it was thriving throughout the 80’s and well into the 2000’s, with the many offshoots of punk played regularly on the radio via 91X and the likes, as well as several bands touring through here and even originating from here (Blink being the obvious one). Radio is trash these days, but Apple Music has a nice playlist, named Rise and Grind, that they curate and update a weekly basis that is punk themed, so I can continue to be updated with the latest in that genre. I never seem to get tired of listening to it on shuffle.
