I found out at 9:05 this morning that my cousin's grandpa's not doing so good. He already wasn't in the greatest health, but now it's gotten to the point where he can't even swallow. Later today, me, my mom and my aunt are going up to see him.

I had to cancel what would've been my first appointment with a psychiatrist. I wanted 2019 to be a better year.
