I don't think I have ever called all women minorities, though some women clearly are part of minority groups. I may have said that women are often treated like minorities or that women have historically been treated as 2nd class citizens or something similar.

We are down to occum's razor at this point. Either there is a fundamental misunderstanding how many words work and basic understanding of the English language or a minority (non-white) person is automatically inferior and needs to be treated accordingly.
