Photographs can help you tell your story and sell your brand. At Pamoja Media, we believe in capturing quality images for our clients that will make that first impression worth the while.

Lots of flesh! The more flesh the higher the quality!

For instance, a closeup of my forehead that would show the details of the grain of skin would separate the high quality from low quality.

And have you ever tried to print fleshtones, full page, on a cheap inkjet printer?

WTF? It is.

I don't know if you watch anime Finch, but there's this really weird one I watched a while ago called 'Yuri Kuma Arashi' and there's a lot of interesting nods to horror and thriller movies in it. The actual anime show is weird and dumb as f***, but the references are pretty cool.

For instance, in the show some planet of bears blows up and the resulting meteor shower causes all of the bears of the world become sentient and develop a taste for human flesh. Also, they can transform to look like normal people, or half bear/half human complete with anime paws, or full on bear, which are normally tiny for some reason.

Anyways, the city puts up a special barrier that's supposed to repel bears. It has a pretty interesting design though:

The house the main character lives in might look familiar too...

I think those might actually be parasites like chaski said. He's an entomologist after all, so he'd know.

On the topic of Quality Photography...

My partner and I periodically....well frequently...take photos that look good at 1st glance...

...until you load them up on the computer and start working on them (in iPhoto, Lightroom, PhotoShop, etc)...and/or then zoom in for a closer look....

Quickly flaws become very very apparent.

These crap a** photos could never be used for anything "professional" (either prints or publishing).

Often, however, these photos are still very good for social media, where even a s***ty photo might look good.

So we've invented a photography quality descriptor. We call them: Facebook Good.

The conversations go something like:

J > Did you get that shot?
C > Hmmm... well, not really.
J > Let me see. (looks at photo).
J > Hmmm....
C > Yep. Pretty crap ass... the lighting sucked and I just couldn't seem to focus.
J > Hmmm...well, it is Facebook Good.
C > Yeah...it is Facebook Good.
