Vote Romney and expect a degree of improvement on how the US interacts with Russia. I expect no fake "red lines" like we did with Syria. I expect none of the "after the election I can be more flexible" nonsense.

I made the diagram as simple as I could at the risk of being simplistic. I vote the ideas in red.

What would YOU do different.

Those ideas are not entirely polar you know?

GAK would do and is doing what virtually every Republican politician (including McCain and Boehner) has said should be done: "Something"

More specifically an unspecified "something".

By saying "something" GAK can always be critical of Obama.

There ya go.

Putin would have had a different feel early on from Romney than Obama. Maybe Putin would have tried the same shenanigans with annexing Crimea with President Romney maybe not. I do know that Obama totally shot himself in the foot when he essentially gave Syria an ultimatum and then did nothing when they called him on it.

Putin no-show dashes Crimean hopes

Why did Putin just decide not to go to the Crimea?

He is afraid of Mitt Romney.

"We have so many things going for us right now as a country -- from new energy resources to innovation to a growing economy -- but we will never realize our full potential unless our two parties adopt the same outlook that we’re asking of Shiites, Sunnis and Kurds or Israelis and Palestinians: No victor, no vanquished and work together."--

From an Interview one week ago

Anyone else catch the "No victor, no vanquished" bit? Does that sound strange? Maybe a little? Does any government in the world now or in the past have a winning strategy based on "no victor no vanquished?"

Seems ole Barry has gone off the rails and decided not to recover. Imagine if Reagan thought "no victor no vanquished" during the Cold War.

Yet, that's POTUS' strategy for the Middle East.

Obama's point was "we’re asking of Shiites, Sunnis and Kurds or Israelis and Palestinians... work together. "

What is wrong with asking the people with the problems to work together?

Why don't you quit acting the coward and answer... what EXACTLY would you do... send out troops back to Iraq and the Middle East to die?

Here's one way to work together:
Quote:
"used the veto threat to get her to resign"

Gov. Perry... too bad we didn't elect this guy... Then would could impeach him.

"Texas Gov. Rick Perry was indicted Friday for allegedly abusing his veto power during a dispute with a public corruption prosecutor over her drunken driving arrest -- in a case that could mar the potential 2016 presidential candidate’s political prospects....

The indictment came down late Friday, after a special prosecutor spent months calling witnesses and presenting evidence that Perry broke the law when he threatened to veto $7.5 million over two years for the public integrity unit, which is run by Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg's office."

As an example of the POTUS' strategy that could work: Support the Kurds who are fighting Sunni insurgents (aka ISIS).

1. Kurds advance against militants with U.S. air support: "... Kurdish fighters who have been bolstered by U.S. airstrikes." https://www.oann.com/kurds-advance-against-militants-with-u-s-air-support/

2. Kurdish militants train hundreds of Yazidis to fight Islamic State: "Iraqi Kurdish officials have sought to play down the role of the YPG in Iraq and spotlight the actions of their own peshmerga forces, who are already being supplied weapons by the United States." https://www.oann.com/kurdish-militants-train-hundreds-of-yazidis-to-fight-islamic-state/

Much better than sending our troops to die in the Middle East.

Much better than leaving our troops to die in failed wars in the Middle East.

Much better than leaving our troops to die in failed nation building efforts that one president claimed that the USA would not get involve with but did anyway. I wonder which POTUS that was?

So if there really is a secret world entity that controls the gov'ts of the world ... do you think they're purposely making the GOP look like clowns?

If there's a secret world entity that controls the governments of the world, then I'm convinced they're a bunch of incompetent morons. Otherwise the world wouldn't be nearly as chaotic as it actually is.

If you can predict the chaos and the calm times. You can and will make a killing in the world markets.
