Quote:
A United Airlines passenger has been arrested after she made threats to a fellow passenger and caused the plane to abruptly turn around and land in Nashville.
On Sunday, after her plane had taken off from Nashville, 33-year-old Lashonda Lee Williams was asked to turn off her cell phone by 50-year-old K. Colleen Coult. Williams, apparently not a big fan of FAA regulations and being reminded of them, told Coult “I kill white people like you.”
Coult says Williams also told her that she would “find out where she lived” after they landed in Houston. According to court documents, Williams “created fear in Coult for her safety.”

Is this a hate crime ?
She was arrested she had to bail out and has to return to face a judge on the charges.
That defines it as a crime .. It certainly sounds threatening and even racist . in some circles that would be defined as hateful .
Then there's the fact that Williams stated that she would find out where Coult lives .
