I've heard the question "what keeps the fire burning?" Paul and Stephanie Levesque, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon respectively from WWE were asked were asked by an interviewer after one of the Wrestlemania conferences.

"I don't know if we can answer that one, publicly." Stephanie replied. She and Paul worked their way around the question without telling the interviewer that it was none of his business, which is what I would have said had I been in their position.

What would you say if someone asked you such a question, privately, or publicly?

I feel the same way, good for you Cpat92.

It's questions like this that make me wonder what kind of value privacy have in the USA. If an official employee asks this sort of thing in front of the camera, with others nearby listening and you tube viewers watching, does the private exist in that country?

I may comment on what people are like. I may say that I don't approve of what they do, but I never invade their privacy. What they do behind closed doors is their own business. I just share it because I don't want to treat people like they don't exist. Their actions make them living beings, for better or for worse, so I reveal it here and show that I am a sentient person.

There is nothing wrong with asking. As far as I am aware, the USA does not have any laws against asking questions.

However just because a question is asked, dosnt mean a person has to answer.

"Official employee"? You mean, like.... an interviewer at a wrestling match?

You do know WWE is scripted right? Like a soap opera for men? The people involved are all acting, as well as performing wresting matches. It's not "all fake" in the sense that, yes it requires some skill in the matches and the real potential for injury. But all that
interviewing stuff is planned and prearranged. They tell the "audience" what keeps the "story" going, not the truth. An awkward question like that is probably set up for a new story line with the people involved. I mean its even more scripted than the typical reality show. It's not behind "closed doors" anymore than the show the "office" was about a real workplace.
