i just want to vent about something and i need to get out and i cant talk to many people about it but my bestfriend..

well my fiance has 3 daughters and we have one on the way. well his ex and her husband were going threw some stuff (he is a druggie and started stealing money from her and the girls) and had the girls lie to there mom. so she left him. and then tired to get him to rehab. but that failed he lied to her about going and contuine to steal her money so she said im fed up and gave up.. the girls are living with us in mi because we didnt want them in that situition we took them in with no ?s or anything and she was gonna move down here and leave him and start a life here so we could all be part of the girls life..
then she says she dosent know if she wants to move here and leave her good job and her house. shes not with her husband anymore..hes in jail for trying to kill her...
but with her not knowing if she wants to move here . my hubby asked her why dont we switch rolls. we have them all year and u get them for the summer and holidays. she said ok and we will stop child support weve had th girls since christmas and she only gave 200 dollars when child support has been kicking are a** and barley have enouigh to make it . i hope she sign the paper and we get the girls and satop child support

I’m very sorry his daughters have been put in such a situation but glad that they are with you and him, two people who have the decency to keep them safe.
As for the child support I do hope that she signs the papers too and that you get the funds you need to look after them as it sounds like a real drain on your finances. You don’t need this stress at this time.

How old is your fiancé?
How old are the kids? all his by birth?
----one situation I know, 'Ed' is listed as the father on the birth certificates for several children. The system gets played and
families get worked though, by maternal mommy and family ACTING AS
IF that is not so, that 'X' is the father, and therefore X's family
should help take care of the kids too. All along, kids call Ed father, and call Y father too, and call Z father too. Confusing,
confusing.
I can see why you and anyone would want to remove them from that
situation.

I would encourage your children to go two per parent.

This way they each have a sister to play with and with responsibility divided it allows more focus per child.

Don't consider Child Support funding over what is best for the girls.

well we firgured it out... were keeping the girls and switching places which means we get them all year and she gets them for the summer and hoildays.

and no child support she dosent have anyone to watch the girls where she lives so it would be hard for her to have the girls so she gave them to us were gonn ahave joint custody
