The Supreme Court on Monday ordered the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals to examine the constitutionality of the health care reform law’s employer requirements and mandatory coverage of contraceptives without a co-pay.

The move could open the door for President Barack Obama’s health law to be back in front of the Supreme Court late next year. But legal experts say there’s no guarantee that the justices would actually take the case — or that they’d strike down those pieces of the law if they did.

Doesn't really mean much until they reach a verdict, whatever that may be.

yeah, it seems lots of religious groups are protesting about the part where they hav to provide their employees abortions and controceptives. those are against thier religious freedoms.

so at best they will probaly get a fix for that.

I still think its unconstitutional to force private citizens to purchase something from another private entity.but oh well

Im in a few minorities, which one would you be talking about here?

oh one other thing, im starting to settle in on the obamacare thing, I think im going to take a great deal of joy when all those people start screaming about paying, and then the level of care goes down. it will, I see it already, reduced services on the way.

all those working poor only making 30,000 a year who will have to fork out a few grand now for ins when they used to just go to the ER, then when they only get 900 of that back from thier subsidy boo hoo, hell yeah, im gonna be laughing my a** off if those people voted for obama. Of course I will have great compasion for the people like that who didnt.

As one of those people who pays for insurance, I don't mind seeing people who make a little less paying for it as well

Because, I understand that healthcare isn't free, and when people with no insurance go to the hospital, MY INSURANCE ends up paying for them, so I'm paying higher premiums RIGHT NOW to subsidize these people.

Those who can't afford anything will be covered by Medicaid, just like they are now, and I don't mind helping out someone who can't afford anything..

I'm just against footing the bill for people who decide that a new flat screen television from the Polk County Walmart is more important than health insurance.

I would think that our new resident conservative would feel the same way, but no... She doesn't like it because it was passed by democrats. I think if it had been passed by republicans, she would be singing it's praises though.

After all, when it comes to her viewpoint, facts are useless.

I can't imagine too many people being really upset about having health coverage do you? I'm sure everyone is just dying to sit in the ER for 4 hours before being seen too!

Not to mention this little fact that conservatards like her forget to mention

Your child has the sniffles.. You have insurance and take him to your doctor.. Cost $120, give or take

Your child has the sniffles.. You don't have insurance, and take him to the ER.. Cost $2500, give or take.

But, making sure that everyone is insured is going to bankrupt us.

well baby, looks like you and I finally agree on something.

you will be footing the bill because too many people thought flat screen tvs was a better investment than paying the doctor bill.

and you can say what ever you want about me voting republican. but when it comes to this issue especially. I have given nothing but facts. I get paid a lot of money to know these facts.

btw, your premium is about to go up again.
