@scardycat Said
yes I was wrong the way I dealt with the situation. She finally did tell me what was going on and she blamed herself believing it was her fault he was doing this to her.
Yes I did go to the police after this bashing happened but it was her word against his because there was no back up from the school at all they said it was an accident even though others who were there said it wasnt.
I am much more aware after this happened of what can go on in the school yard.
I would have acted earlier if I had known. My topic wasnt about my daughter been bullyed its about her friends that have commited suicide.
I felt I had to prove to some by telling my story with pics thats its out there and its bad
Correct me if I'm wrong , but would it be her word with pictures of her injuries, against his word that she had been attacked ? I don't know how it works where you are but the witnesses statements would have been taken by the cops and presented in court by the DA, They wouldn't have brought a bunch of minors in to testify in a assault and batteries case . Since he was doing that to your girl , it's anyones guess how many other kids are dealing with the same s*** from him .
This is from your OP

How are we going to stop this from happening? Closing FB pages slows it down but most kids these days have phones and we just cant stop it down the street.
These kids that push there victims to suicide should be accountable for there actions and should be punished by the law.
Everyday a child is bullied and many take there life because they cant handle it anymore.
Not only does it affect the family it affects there friends and the locals but strangers in fact these deaths affect everyone.
I tell you nothing is worse then going to a funeral of child for any reason especially because of someone elses actions
Something has to be done to stop it....
If this wasn't such a serious topic I wouldn't be raking your words over the coals like this . But , If your not part of the solution then your part of the problem . You say you realize you handled your daughters attacker wrong. Your still alive and kicking and I'm betting he's still alive and being a bully. It maybe be past the time limit (if there is one ) to make him accountable for his actions and see that he's punished by the law, but it's not to late to bring his actions to the notice of other parents and the law enforcement so maybe some one else daughter won't have to be one of his victims.
You can't just start bad mouthing him to anyone who will lend an ear, since he's a minor you will have do it by the book or it will back fire and bite you in the ass. But 15 teen suicides in a 12 month time frame , just try and make a wild guess how many 'victims' there are that don't take it to the point of no return ,but are victimized just the same.

I just wanted to toss this into the mix ,,, and comment on this last sentence of your above quoted post.

Far be for me to put words in other peoples mouths , but, I'm pretty certain those you felt needed to hear and see your daughters story to prove how bulling happens etc.... I'm certain they know and understand without a doubt that it's out there , it happens and it's a serious problem . I'm thinking it's that your daughter was 'friends' with the
15 kids that have killed themselves that they are questioning ..
I'd like to ask a question on that exact topic... With her losing 15 friends to suicide in a short 12 month space, is she getting professional help in dealing with such an intense and certainly traumatizing experience? A kid can have lasting negative reactions to losing one or two friends before reaching adulthood I can't imagine what losing 15 could do to a kids head.
