I'm all for legalizing it, what do you think of this development?

Well, I hope that the Black Market crumbles and the money made from it goes to improving the way of life for the citizens. The people that smoke it will smoke it no matter what anyway, so, might as well be making some money off it.

I'm more of a decriminalization than a legalization kind of guy I guess, but whatever. I don't plan on smoking it anyway.

I don't know a lot about it, what's the difference?

Washington is taxing the hell out of it though, I think they went overboard on that part of it.

We privatized liquor sales this year so it must be about getting some tax revenue back.

Decriminalization means it's not exactly legal, but they don't really do anything about it. Like if you're caught with a small amount, they don't really care or stop you.

Good for them. Too bad California couldn't vote that in a few years ago when we had it on the ballot.

Maybe we can get it back on now that another state has taken the progressive lead for a change lol.

For the sake of my lack of knowledge on legalized weed consumption, i'd like to just go ahead & vote to make weed completely legal for me to use it if I may! Any objections?

Looks like the repeal of the death penalty and GMO foods labeling requirement with both fail in California as well.

Add that to our vote to outlaw gay marriages 4 years ago. California just isn't the progressive thinking state it used to be.
