Hello AJ... find love for yourself. You'll always have yourself as your best friend. Every morning when I get out of the shower, I look at my face in the mirror, make a face and laugh to myself. I never let myself down. I trust my feelings too. Cheer up, there's really no reason to beat yourself up. Go for a walk and rediscover your fascination with the little things that you use to do when you were little.

| There is no such thing as complete happiness all the time because there is a time in life for every emotion and feeling. Sadness, happiness, laughter, crying, celebration, grieving, etc.... Anyone expecting to be happy all the time will never be happy because there is no such thing as one emotion throughout life, our emotions change as the seasons change and we learn, benefit and gain understanding from each and every one of them.
What may make us happy one day may make us sad the next and so on. Accept the day as is and dust it off at night and start the next day with a knowledge that anything can and will come your way and you will deal with it accordingly and to the best that you are capable of handling it. |
