i gave up at midnight on sunday night/monday morning and i havent had a smoke since then. i think im doing quite well so far

Congratz on quitting.

I smoked for just about 45 years and put the last one in my mouth a year ago this past May 4th. Even though it's been over a year I still get cravings for one but never will I light up another one. The benefits of not smoking are everything you've heard so stick to your guns. You can do it !
