I don't know about uploading (but I'm sure someone here will be able to help you with that).

If you want to do it faster, it might work to Google a "German to English" translator and then type in the individual sentence. Sometimes colloquialisms don't translate word for word, but you can get enough to understand what the letter says.

Not that it matters, but being that this is her great great grandfather and she needs help translating, chances are gr-gr-grandfather is long deceased and therefore probably didn't mail it to her.

Translating is easy,... It's the actual reading that is difficult. The older the letter, the more likely that it is written in a cursive schrift that few, today, can decipher. I've helped some on this forum before, and probably would be able to help you... Send me a PM.
