Quote:
If you live in a major city, you’ve probably already heard about the newest threat to your life and limb, and your family: carjacking.

It is the hip-hop thing to do among the urban youth who play unsuspecting whites like pianos. The youth simply walk up to a car they like, pull a gun, tell the family to get out, steal their jewelry and wallets, and take the car to wreck. Such actions have ballooned in the recent months.

In the old days, average people could avoid such youth by staying out of bad neighborhoods. Empowered by media, police, and political complicity, however, the youth now roam everywhere looking for cars to steal and people to rob.

What can you do? More and more Americans are carrying a gun in the car. An ex-cop I know advises that if you have to use a gun on a youth, you should leave the scene immediately, disposing of the wiped off gun as soon as possible. Such a gun cannot, of course, be registered to you, but one bought privately (through the classifieds, for example).

I frankly don’t know what to make of such advice, but even in my little town of Lake Jackson, Texas, I’ve urged everyone in my family to know how to use a gun in self defense. For the animals are coming.

A sad truth unfortunately. But when the gun is first in my face, and my family's lives are threatened; Who do you think I'm gonna consider at all??

WTF indeed. Where in the article does it advocate killing blacks as the headline says it does. The closest it comes is advising people to stay out of bad neighborhoods. Sounds like Poor Mojo is racially profiling, which really isn't a bad idea combined with other factors, such as rampant graffiti, colors etc.

How do you have time to read this rabble rousing trash anyway, being a good capitalist and running a business and all.

Do we know that Paul even said it or it was on HIS site?

The article is garbage, and the article about the article is garbage, each one is simple pandering to like minded fools.

This came from Ron Paul's newsletter. It was written in the first person. He can claim he didn't write it, but if he didn't then he had someone else write it pretending to be him.

You're right. In the article he doesn't mention blacks. He mentions "hip-hop" "urban youths" and talks about how whites need to be afraid. He finishes the whole thing with "The animals are coming."

Do you think he is worried about coyotes?

Read that, then read anything else he has ever said or written.

Ron Paul didn't write that.

There is no "Ron Paul's newsletter." There were several newsletters published in the 80s with his name, and Nome of them appear to have anything to actually do with him. People just used his name for their little mailing lists.

I don't get why she wasn't letting it go when he said he didn't write them and didn't even know what they said until 10 years later. She was still trying to pin it on him as if he had said it. That was annoying to watch. What exactly does she want him to do? He already said that's not his view, I'm not sure what she was trying to accomplish.

Why do articles always result to such low blows on Ron Paul, is there really nothing else to discuss?

The article never implies that any black people should be shot, or that anyone should be shot in general. Maybe some overly sensitive people could take it that way, but to me it seems like a real problem being taken out of context.

Who is primarily the target in armed robberies? White people!

Who is primarily robbing the white people? Young Hispanics, blacks, Filipinos, and in much lesser number, poorer white people! i.e. the "urban youth"

Why the f*** is it so hard to just say that? Why is it "racial profiling" just because Ron Paul supposedly said it?

Where is anything written that condones the use of unregistered guns to shoot black people? It simply states something a police offer says and then encourages people to carry a gun in the car.

Has anyone here even had this happen to them? It happened to my husband a few months ago, and guess what! It was a Mexican kid and a gang of friends. Luckily he got away and my car wasn't stolen.

But really, people are WAY too sensitive if they are reading into an article like that. Find something to actually hate about Ron Paul rather than this garbage.

I didn't see the where ron paul was advocating killing urban minorities either, what I did find potentially insulting was the assertion that it is now the popular 'in thing to do' among the hip hop (read here dangerous minorities) crowd to carjack whites and "play them like a piano." Like as if carjacking has now become the new beyonce or puff daddy.f*** talk about a blanket sterotype, I've never in my life had even a passing interest in carjacking anyone, let alone white folks.

Not to mention the untraceable gun that you would then dispose of after eluding the police of the whole incident. Sounds more like a gang retaliation.

Glad I could clear that up for you. I am amazed you could type so much without actually reading what was written.
