There'd be no way to guarantee that they're 18+. People lie about their age all the time on here.

But that is on their end. The TFS cannot be in trouble for that.

It's not even a really big change to TOS, most of this stuff should not be here anyway. Just making TOS a little clearer.

Thing is, there is a relationships section, and you cannot really go into depth on many relationships issues without bringing up sex, as it is a huge part of them.

I say just brand that section for 18+ users and allow it there.

Overall, just not a very good rule, in my opinion.

There's a huge difference between discussing sexual issues and umm...explicitly discussing sexual issues. You don't have to describe a sex act to give advice.
