Well no-one's recieved their prezzies yet But my Blackberry (who from now on is named Rowan Berry) informs me that Amazon has learned to take into account the slow delivery time at this time of year and have added a few days to my expected delivery date for the stuff I just got for me. I ordered three video games and they're waiting for a restock on one of them. I ordered a top from a third party seller which should arrive sometime in the next 15 days. *sighs* I love that kind of delivery estimate. Still, coming by TNT so hopefully it'll be quicker. Might get the top next week and that'll be all happy and stuff!

It sucks waiting for deliveries. I won't be placing any more orders from amazon to arrive by Christmas as I don't want to take the risk. It won't be helped by the predicted bad weather!

No. Plus I know someone who works at the post office up here. They were short-staffed already and didn't take on any temps until the last minute so they're short-staffed and the people meant to be helping out don't know what they're doing Doesn't make for good deliveries

it is taking a few risks ordering so close to christmas, after all, they say snow's due so there may be delays...not to mention the system clogged with all the cards/presetnts being sent around

I know that. That's what I'm saying. Amazon have given a better estimate of delivery. They've tried to account for it. The good news is I should be in town when my stuff is supposed to get here and I'm not sure they deliver the times I won't be.

Yeah. Deliveries suck this time of year. I just hope my district manager gets my doctors line this side of Christmas

It's totally worth it. They reccommend things you might like based on your buying and browsing histories and they let you know when the sales are on

You could use PayPal. They have a really great protection service for suspicious activity and webfraud and most websites accept it.

You saw how much I shop online. I've never had anything go amiss or account numbers stolen. I worry more about using my debit card at real life stores than I do online.
