In my spellchecker, there is a function to make a word it doesn't recognize, a part of the correct spelling list...click "add word".

I am also using Google Chrome and it works with an uppercase G. However, I just switched my spell checker to English (Australian) and it sees it as a spelling error.

Maybe English (UK) sees it as an error also - although that wouldn't explain why it works for jmo.

I wonder if it's because it's the name of a company and not in the actual dictionary? Though I can imagine it probably is by now.

I know right? It would seem like all of those big companys like FaceBook and Google, Myspace, Hotmail ...

It seems like they should all be in the dictionary now a'days...

I was listening to the radio and they were talking about how "unfriend" is now in the dictionary or "unfriending" ... Really??

Google doesn't recognize Google..

Sounds even worse than an anti-virus software blocking itself for suspicious behavior.
