I have a stress filled job yet i find other ways to relax instead of doing illegal substances, yes i smoke and it does help, Another thing is have you tried other methods to help you relax and if you find yourself always going back to cannabis then you have a problem and on the contrey to what you said you are addicted. thats on the assumption you have treid other activities to help you relax.

I smoke once in a while, mostly to relieve stress...for me it also alleviates headaches! 8)

weed is a PLANT not a concoction made from your chemistry set ya know? i agree with the others why is alcohol so widely accepted and legal when people die everyday from driving drunk or alcohol poisoning or whatever else ya know? and its definitely not addictive in my opinion i used to smoke dro all day everyday and once i had to go back to work i just stopped no problems whatsoever its just a plant lol i mean everyone has their right to choose if they smoke or not but don't bash it till you try it

I don't smoke, but my boyfriend and my other friends do.
I don't see anything wrong with it.
It's less harmful than alcohol and cigarettes, so why aren't THOSE illegal?

I'll tell you why. Because in the 1930-50s, hemp was found to have amazing qualities and was going to put the rope and paper industries out so Congress banned it.

Its not bad...its a f***ing plant from the ground bro, just like tobacco, yet no one gets a big d*** about cigarettes *i HATE em*, its only illegal because of racist s***kickers in the 30's...

I feel that it is ok. I live in the medicinal marijuana state of Michigan and everyone I know smokes, and I mean everyone. And yes we smoke all the time up here, like daily coinsurances of someone lighting a fatty is commonplace. I don't think it has to do with low will power because it gets pretty cheap around here (the prices that is)and when its cheap go nuts I say.

I don't have much of a problem with weed, but this is coming from an addict. Not of weed, mind you, but an addict all the same.
I think pot is pretty minor drug if used properly, and I think I'd much rather see more of the population addicted to weed than to alcohol.
My problem is that I got a little more adventerous than pot because it didn't really work anymore and went on too "bigger and better" drugs which led to some pretty... bad addictions.

Anyways, it's not bad, it's not good... It just is what it is and always will be.
