I think that if you look at it, minorities are incarcerated at a much higher rate than whites.

Maybe in the US. I grew up in a part of London where "it all 'appened" lol. Blacks werent any more to blame than whites. Only BNP types beleive blacks are to blame, or asians. Maybe America has more bias in its convictions? Dunno.

I was just looking at the FBI's national 2008 arrests by race statistics. Of the 10,662,206 total arrests in 2008: 69.2% were white, 28.3% were black, 1.3% were American Indian or Alaskan Native, and 1.1% were Asian or Pacific Islander.
