If someone wants to be a pilot, they need a license. Yhis is because he is responsible for human lives. If we want to drive a car, we need a license because we could kill other people or hurt others.
So if you think about it, a license for parenting is a good thing. I believe there would be less cases of abuse, people who are not meant to have kids would not be able to have any. A baby takes a good dela of money so I think that people need to be able to provide for a baby in order to have one. I am not talking about bells and whistles. I am talking that if someone cannot easily provide the bare essentials for their baby, the y have no place having one.
I know it might sound mean but there are too many babies and kids going hungry. Too many babies being killed, abused or abandoned. Kids and babies are not trash to give away or to hurt. They are precious and they need to have certain things.
I mostly agree, although parents circumstances will often change throughout a child's life, at which point do you reconsider the conditions under which the license is granted?
