Or was it maybe to promote themselves by exploiting the little girl in front of a billion people around the world? Which is precisly what Michael tried to avoid happening all these years as thats WHY he was a very unhappy person, because thats what his family did to him!
The girl was not in a right frame of mind to make that kind of disision, the kids should have attended by all means but been keep in the background, not paraded around in front of the world.

The family will be on the bandwagon cashing in on Michael,s name and his death.
They were going broke before this happened and even resorted to entering the Big Brother house! (which is well known for Z listers trying to gain puplicity to reinvent themselves)
Biographies will be everywhere, they are already planning to tour more than likely, his dads set up a new entertaintment business already, his mothers fighting for control of his cash, family members were said to be rummaging through his house hours after he died looking for cash....
Sadly, that is the Jacksons family.
Which is why Michael was so messed up and his kids should be protected from them.

All this and he,s not even been buried yet!

She probably wan't. But her father's been dead what? 2 weeks? And people have said a lot of nasty things. Anybody would be uncomfortable. But I don't think it's unrealistic that she wanted to speak at his funeral.

Regarding my comments about the staff member who said the family were rummaging through his house for money...Update: LaToya Jackson has given a four hour exclusive interview with The News Of The World newspaper saying she looked for cash and jewellery..but there was none.
She also says the kids are going to be singers.
There is also talk of the kids being on stage at the O2 in London!
Family? Michael was a lonely man who if he has his family around him years ago to help him..may still be alive today.

she's practically disowned by her family.. she also came out saying s*** about Michael during the Child molestation allegations. she's a f***ing t*** who is only in it for the money. not one to be taken serious at all.

The thing is..its these t***s that are in control of the kids..to exploit them the same way as they exploited Michael.
The "loving family" who have lived off of Michael,s talent all these years are now talking to the British press for big sums of money.

His death was blow WAY out of proportion.

La Toya Jackson is mentally unstable, with major issues of her own. This isn't the first time she has drummed up business at MJ's expense with the press. She wrote an explosive tell-all about 8 years ago which as I recall, few people bought. MJ refused to read it - had still not read it when he died, according to interviews I read.

What she told News of the World will be very hard for me to find credible.
