https://www.fitday.com

I'm trying to watch my saturated fat and cholesterol levels and in my search I found this site.

It allows you to keep a log of what you eat each day and shows you all the nutritional information. It also lets you log your exercise and set nutritional goals, as well as a bunch of other things.

Just thought it might be helpful for anyone who is trying to watch what they eat for whatever reason

https://www.sparkpeople.com is another one, although I have not tried this out yet.

I was looking for a site like that, but never got around to searching for it.

Thanks.

That's cool, but I have issues remembering what I had for breakfast by the time lunch comes round most days If I couldn't in put it straight away then I'd fail.

Everything ok? You're back from the hospital... I read your journal the other day...

Yeah I'm fine, just raised blood pressure but high blood pressure in pregnancy can be quite dangerous.

The consultant thinks I just experienced a different kind of migraine (which is likely to be pregnancy related)

I've found this to be really helpful, because just remembering to log things makes me pay more attention to what I'm eating. I'd like to keep my calories from saturated fats under 6-7% of what I eat each day. Yesterday I managed 4%. woo.

I need to do something like that. I only know what I DON'T put into my body anymore but I need to keep better track of what I do eat.

Great post Annie. I have been using a similar log since Jan . It really helps. I've came froma size 16 to a size 5 now. Not only that I'm eating more healthy foods and have eliminated alot of the bad stuff.
